Our Values
In 2024, the Built Value Institute began a collective process led by our team and community of partners to define the values that guide how we work.
Our aim was to cultivate a cohesive culture of purpose — one that connects our daily actions to our shared belief that real estate can be a powerful catalyst for social and environmental good.
Through this process, we created our Values Framework, which articulates the principles and behaviours that underpin responsible practice across our network.
It serves as both a compass and a commitment — guiding how we collaborate, make decisions, and measure impact.
We have also embedded these values into our internal processes and partnerships, ensuring that by understanding and living these principles in our day-to-day work, we naturally make decisions that are transparent, equitable, and aligned with our mission to create value that truly benefits people, place, and planet.
